Wise Coffee Cart Activation

EverythingEverything Co. delivered a high-volume airport activation for Wise, designed to simplify the international travel experience - starting with a free coffee.

Located in T1 Departures at Sydney International Airport, the pop-up coffee cart offered complimentary coffees to Wise customers for six hours a day, accessible by showing a Wise card or downloading the app. The activation drove strong engagement, serving over 300 coffees per day.

Originally scheduled for three months, the activation was extended by an additional month due to its success.

Delivered within the highly regulated international airport environment, the project required complex approvals, detailed logistics planning and careful navigation of operational and security requirements.
